About the speaker

Amber Christian is an expert at process re-engineering with almost 20 years of experience implementing technology solutions. She understands the often neglected people side of projects, and how to change this dynamic. Her company, wonderly software solutions, is bringing joy back to building software through human-centered design. Building her first product, Bella Scena, a significant amount of customer interviews and focus groups were conducted specifically around meeting pain points and productivity pain points. She’ll share the research around what’s really happening today, what aren’t we talking about, and how we can take the first steps toward making our lives easier.
