Working with Hillary’s through our brand refresh was a decision that paid more dividends than we could have imagined. Hillary asked questions of us, marketing and leadership, that we had not thought of. Using a different lens these questions helped us create consistency and understand intimately how our refreshed brand would be to use in practice.
