  • These efforts were under the radar and overlooked. Healthcare workers, by their nature, are humble and reserved about their own accomplishments.

Program

  • Used the organization’s existing “scrub colors” arrangement that represented an employee’s role
  • Created a list of skills by role
  • When an employee completed CEUs and earned additional credentials they received a small embroidered patch
  • Patches were sewn onto scrubs
